The founder, Gareth Burrowes, is a resident of Boston, Massachusetts, who lives with his wife, Randi, and two children. Originally from Jamaica, he moved to the United States a decade ago. Although he loves being a father, he often finds it challenging to teach his kids about their culture while adapting to a new country. This struggle can become distracting and stressful, taking away the joy of parenting. However, like many first-generation fathers, Gareth dreams of his children achieving greater success in America than he did. To help fathers like himself, he has created an online space where they can share, learn, and discuss their unique experiences
